UnPlug'd Allowed Me To...

It's going to take some time to truly process my experience at UnPlug'd 12 and yes there will be a blog post(s) at that time. In the mean time here is a quick snip it of some of the things that transformed me this weekend.

In no particular order UnPlug'd allowed me to

  • be vulnerable
  • be alone
  • be supported
  • be inspired
  • be challenged
  • be reflective
  • be connected
  • be fit
  • be healthy
  • be in the moment
  • be joyful
  • be thankful
  • be in nature
  • be happy
  • be free
From the  unplug'd environment set at the edge of Algonquin Park; to the amazing staff who are truly passionate about what they do; and the incredible people I shared, talked, wrote, edited, bike rode, swam, paddle boarded, canoed, hiked, laughed, cried, ate, sang, star gazed, and grew with I can't be more thankful for the experience I've just had.

  2. I am so grateful to have experienced some of these moments with you. I saw you step out of your comfort zone and it is clear that it has opened you in ways you didn't expect. I look forward to hearing the following posts you write as you digest this experience.

    1. Oh yes, lots of stepping out of my comfort zone but the people and place just offered such incredible support. I'm still in awe (or shock) by how amazing everyone I was able to speak with was. My only regret is that I didn't get enough 1:1 time with everyone.
